Brenda was named the director of client services in 2023. In this role, she is primarily responsible for the development of short- and long-term goals, objectives, policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of the client service department.
She joined West Financial Services in February 2018 as a client service associate. Prior to joining the firm, Brenda worked in the corporate offices of a local bank. In addition to her management duties, she is the point of contact for a large client base to include all account set-up, maintenance, and custodian relationships.
