Leo joined West Financial Services in March 2025 as an equity analyst, responsible for equity research and supporting the CIO. In his role, he conducts fundamental research and prepares reports for the investment committee. Prior to joining the company, he worked in New York, NY doing sell side equity research, covering Oilfield Services and Aerospace & Defense industries.
Leo earned a BS in Finance from Saint Vincent College and a MS in Finance from Villanova University.
