Kirstie is currently a relationship manager and West Financial Services’ chief operating officer. With the firm since 1998, Kirstie has over 25 years of experience in the wealth management industry.  In her current role as relationship manager, she advises high net worth clients on investment management, personal financial planning, retirement planning, and tax strategies.  As a seasoned wealth advisor, Kirstie takes personal pride in assisting her clients and their families pursue their financial goals through highly customized financial planning and investment strategies.  

As chief operating officer, she helps manage the daily operations of the firm, working closely with department heads and supervisors to support the day-to-day activity of employees. Through these efforts, she focuses on enhancing the employee and client experience while investing in the firm’s culture.

Since joining the firm, she has held a variety of positions, including director of client services and director of portfolio management, where she managed all aspects of client service, account administration, and portfolio management.

Kirstie is a graduate of Syracuse University, where she received a BS in Finance and Economics from the Whitman School of Management. She was recognized by Five Star Professional as a Five Star Wealth Manager* (2023).

Kirstie lives in Herndon, Virginia, with her husband and two children. In her free time she enjoys cheering on her son and daughter at their soccer and basketball games.

Had more than a total of three settled or pending complaints filed against them and/or a total of five settled, pending, dismissed or denied complaints with any regulatory authority or FSP's consumer complaint process. Unfavorable feedback may have been discovered through a check of complaints registered with a regulatory authority or complaints registered through FSP's consumer complaint process; feedback may not be representative of any one client's experience; C. Individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint; D. Filed for personal bankruptcy within the past 11 years; E. Been terminated from a financial services firm within the past 11 years; F. Been convicted of a felony); 4. Fulfilled their firm review based on internal standards; 5. Accepting new clients. Evaluation criteria-considered: 6. One-year client retention rate; 7. Five-year client retention rate; 8. Non-institutional discretionary and/or non-discretionary client assets administered; 9.
