Jessica Staton serves as the director of operations at West Financial Services, bringing over 12 years of experience in the RIA industry to her role overseeing the firm’s back-office operations and technology. This marks Jessica’s second tenure with the firm, having previously held roles in operations and client service. Her career trajectory within WFS showcases her commitment to operational excellence, while leveraging technology to streamline processes and elevate service standards.
Jessica graduated from the University of Louisville with a B.S. in Finance. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and cheering on her favorite D.C. and Maryland sports teams.
